Eigendomsvoorbehoud: Land Roamer behoudt het eigendom van de Pioneer totdat de volledige koopsom inclusief BTW is voldaan.
Annulering door koper: Termijn 1 (bouwslot €3.500) is niet restitueerbaar. De Pioneer wordt volledig op maat gebouwd op basis van het door de koper gekozen voertuigtype, cabine-uitvoering, opties en kleurkeuzes; er is daarom geen sprake van een voorraadproduct dat elders kan worden doorverkocht. Op grond van artikel 6:230p lid 1 sub f BW (uitzondering 'maatwerk' op het herroepingsrecht) is de koper niet gerechtigd de overeenkomst na ondertekening kosteloos te herroepen.
Annulering door Land Roamer: Alle betaalde termijnen worden binnen 14 dagen volledig gerestitueerd.
Leveringstermijn: Indicatief. Bij vertraging van meer dan 12 maanden heeft de koper het recht kosteloos te ontbinden.
Garantie: 24 maanden op constructie en installatie conform EU-consumentenrecht.
Toepasselijk recht: Nederlands recht. Rechtbank Gelderland.

Retention of title: Land Roamer retains ownership until full payment including VAT is received.
Cancellation by buyer: Payment 1 (build slot €3,500) is non-refundable. The Pioneer is built entirely to order based on the buyer's chosen vehicle type, cab configuration, options and colour selections; it is therefore not a stock product that can be resold to another customer. Under Dutch law (Article 6:230p(1)(f) BW - the "custom-made goods" exception to the statutory right of withdrawal), the buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement free of charge after signing.
Cancellation by Land Roamer: All instalments paid will be fully refunded within 14 days.
Delivery time: Indicative. Delays exceeding 12 months entitle the buyer to dissolve at no cost.
Warranty: 24 months on structure and installation per EU consumer law.
Governing law: Dutch law. Jurisdiction: Rechtbank Gelderland (NL).

Der Pioneer wird vollstandig nach Mass gefertigt, basierend auf dem vom Kaufer gewahlten Fahrzeugtyp, der Kabinenausfuhrung, den Optionen und Farbwahlen; es handelt sich somit nicht um ein Lagerprodukt, das an einen anderen Kunden weiterverkauft werden kann. Gemass niederlandischem Recht (Artikel 6:230p Abs. 1 lit. f BW - Ausnahme fur Massanfertigungen vom gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht) ist der Kaufer nicht berechtigt, den Vertrag nach Unterzeichnung kostenfrei zu widerrufen.
Stornierung durch Land Roamer: Alle Zahlungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen vollstandig erstattet.
Lieferzeit: Unverbindlich. Bei Verzögerungen uber 12 Monate kostenfreie Auflosung moglich.
Garantie: 24 Monate auf Konstruktion und Installation gem. EU-Verbraucherrecht.
Anwendbares Recht: Niederlandisches Recht. Rechtbank Gelderland (NL).
